The Mini MBA education is based on e-learning combined with six exclusive training days at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Deira Creek in Dubai plus a final online exam. It focuses on the key topics and management disciplines of the MBA curriculum. The education offers greater knowledge of the major management fields - including leadership, management strategies, communication, business essentials, human resources, business psychology, international business, and market understanding.

Exam

The Exam includes a review of each participant’s test results after each module. The exam takes place the 8th of September 2015.


Both the e-learning modules and course days the teachers focus on the processes taking place in the participants' activities and  the opportunities and ways participants can avail of to influence and optimize processes for the benefit of the company's development.

The teaching material is at MBAlevel, but made accessible through a combination of theoretical knowledge and business cases. These cases are designed to make the participant reflect on the curriculum by applying theoretical knowledge to practical examples. Furthermore, the programme provides the opportunity to network with top managers and CEOs from leading private and public companies.

For each module there will be a training day included a workshop, which together extend over a whole day. There will be an opportunity for personal sparring with a number of senior managers and teachers.

The Programme:

After signing up for the course, participants receive a password and a user name which provide direct access to the online platform. The online platform consists of readings, libraries, links, material from the training days as well as a courseplan. Furthermore, participants gain access to an online dialogue forum where experts and professionals contribute with cases and practical examples throughout the course. Through the dialogue forum, the participants are also able to contact each other. 
 

Preparation:

Before the programme starts, the participant fills out a comprehensive questionnaire. When we have processed the answers, we understand the participant’s learning style profile and level within management. This profile will be compared to the participant’s results at the final exam.
