The Mini MBA at PROBANA Business School is an intensive executive certificate program. It focuses on the key topics and management disciplines of the MBA curriculum.

 

Based on e-learning the Mini MBA includes 6 modules plus a final  online exam. This includes a review of each participant’s test results after each module.


The teaching material is at
an MBA-level, but made accessible via a combination of theoretical knowledge and business cases. These cases are designed to make the participant reflect on the syllabus by applying theoretical knowledge to practical examples.  Furthermore, the programme will provide the opportunity to network with top managers and CEOs from leading private and public companies.

The Programme:

After signing up for the course, the participants will receive a password and a user name which will provide direct access to the online platform. The online platform consists of readings, libraries, links, material from the training days as well as a courseplan. Furthermore, the participants will gain access to an online dialogue forum where experts and professionals will contribute with cases and practical examples throughout the course. Through the dialogue forum, the participants will also be able to contact each other. The lessons are specific and job-related and the course is organised in a way which makes it possible for the participant to make direct connections between the learning and his or hers daily work.
 

Preparation:

Before the course starts, the participant will fill out a comprehensive questionnaire. When we have processed the answers, these will show the participant’s learning style profile and level within management. This profile will be compared to the participant’s results at the final exam.
