Based on e-learning, the Mini MBA includes six modules plus a final online exam. The Exam includes a review of each participant’s test results after each module.

The teaching material is at
MBAlevel, but made accessible through a combination of theoretical knowledge and business cases. The Programme:

After signing up for the course, participants receive a password and a user name which provide direct access to the online platform. The online platform consists of readings, libraries, links, material from the training days as well as a courseplan. Furthermore, participants gain access to an online dialogue forum where experts and professionals contribute with cases and practical examples throughout the course. Through the dialogue forum, the participants are also able to contact each other. The lessons are specific and job-related and the programme is organised in a way that enables each participant to make direct connections between the learning and his daily work.


Before the programme starts, the participant fills out a comprehensive questionnaire. When we have processed the answers, we understand the participant’s learning style profile and level within management. This profile will be compared to the participant’s results at the final exam.
